HB Stockholdings Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the 'Trading window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors and designated Employees of the Company from July 23, 2014 to August 08, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial Result for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014.
