Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and based on the intimation received from the Company''s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, RCMC Share Registry Private Limited, we wish to bring to your kind notice that a Shareholder has reported about loss of her share certificate and requested the Company to issue a duplicate share certificate in lieu thereof. Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIRl2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022, a letter of confirmation will be issued to claimant after compliance of required formalities.
