HB STOCKHOLDINGS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the "Trading Window" for dealing in Equity Shares of HB Stockholdings Limited ("the Company") shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 01st April, 2024 until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the last quarter and financial year ending on 31st March, 2024.
