Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015 read with Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Saturday, 03rd August, 2024 to Friday, 09th August, 2024 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the members of the Company for the purpose of 37th AGM of the Company.
