Pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will be closed for all designated and connected persons from 1st July, 2024 and same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2024.
