Pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated persons, trading window will be closed for all Designated Persons and connected persons from 1st October 2024 and same will remain closed till 48 hours after announcement of the unaudited financial results for quarter ended 30th September 2024.
