Enclosed please find attached the Postal Ballot Notice dated May 31, 2024 sent to shareholders on June 3, 2024 for seeking approval on the matters stated therein. The Postal Ballot Notice is available on the website of the Company at www.hcltech.com as well as on the website of NSDL at www.evoting.nsdl.com. The Company has engaged the services of National Securities Depository Limited ("NSDL") for the purpose of providing e-voting facility to its members. The remote e-voting will commence from 09:00 a.m. (IST) on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 and shall end at 05:00 p.m (IST) on Wednesday, July 3, 2024.
