HCL TECHNOLOGIES LTD. - Board declares Interim Dividend (Special Dividend)

HCL Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2014, inter alia, has not recommended Final dividend for the year ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>The Board of Directors has declared an Interim Dividend (Special Dividend), of Rs. 12/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each of the Company, for the Year 2014-15.<br/><br/>The Payment date of the said interim dividend shall be August 14, 2014.
