Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that CS Khushboo Surana, Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company, has tendered her resignation w.e.f. November 30, 2021 due to personal reasons. Consequently, to such resignation, she ceases to be Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company and also Key Managerial Personnel. <BR> <BR>
