HDFC Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Bank has granted 3000 equity stock options of the face value of Rs. 2/- ("options") each at Rs. 1097.80 (Rupees One Thousand Ninety Seven and paise Eighty Only).
