HDFC Bank Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Malay Patel has been appointed as an Additional director of the Bank with effect from March 31, 2015 till the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Mr. Patel has been appointed as a Director having specialized knowledge in small scale industries in compliance with Section 10-A of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949.
