HDFC Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on April 18, 2020, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results for the last quarter and year ending March 31, 2020 along with the consolidated accounts for the year ending March 31, 2020 and recommendation of dividend, if any.<BR><BR>The trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank will remain closed from March 25, 2020 to April 20, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the designated employees, directors etc. pursuant to the applicable SEBI Regulations.
