HDFC Bank Ltd - Allotment of Equity shares under ESOP

HDFC Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank on May 27, 2016 has allotted 2507300 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 5058468034 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 5063482634 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
