HDFC Bank Ltd - Allotment of Equity Shares under ESOP

HDFC Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted on April 27, 2016 1047500 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 5056373034 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 5058468034 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
