HDFC Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on July 21, 2015, inter alia, to consider the financial results (unaudited) for the quarter ending June 30, 2015 (Q1).<BR><BR>The trading window for dealing in securities of HDFC Bank will remain closed from July 01, 2015 to July 23, 2015 (both days inclusive) for all employees, directors etc. pursuant to the applicable SEBI regulations.
