HDFC BANK LTD. - Code of Conduct of Fair Disclosure

HDFC Bank Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the SEBI circular dated May 11, 2015, the Bank has formulated a Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, called as the Share Dealing Code 2015. The same has also been disseminated to the employees of the Bank for their information and compliance.
