We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of HDFC Bank Limited will be held on Friday, 21st April, 2017 to inter-alia consider the audited financial results for the quarter and year ending 31st March, 2017 along with the consolidated accounts for the year ending 31st March, 2017 and recommendation of dividend, if any. The trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank will remain closed from 1st April,2017 to 23rd April, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the designated employees, directors, etc. pursuant to the applicable SEBI Regulations.
