HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 26, 2021, inter alia, has recommended final dividend of Rs. 2.02/- per equity share of face value Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2020-21, subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (?AGM?) of the Company.
