Heads UP Ventures Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We wish to inform you that, pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 11th February, 2025, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2024. Further, in terms of Company's 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' the Company has already informed vide its letter dated 30th December, 2024 about the closure of trading window for purchase/sale of securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives [including such other persons covered under the Code read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015], which has commenced from 1st January, 2025 and will end 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of its Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2024.
