HEG Ltd has informed BSE that the next Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>As per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors and Designated Employees from October 28, 2014 to November 14, 2014 (both days inclusive).
