Shareholders in their 50th Annual General meeting held on 1st September, 2022 have declared the final dividend for the financial year 2021-22 at the rate of 400% i.e. Rs. 40/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each. The same will be paid within 30 days from 1st September, 2022.
