HEIDELBERGCEMENT INDIA LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting - Change in Financial Year

HeidelbergCement India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 05, 2014, has, subject to receipt of necessary approvals, resolved to extend the financial year of the Company by three months i.e., up to March 31, 2015 to comply with the provisions of Section 2(41) of the Companies Act 2013, which inter alia provides that the financial year of a Company should end on 31st day of March every year.<br/><br/>Thus the current financial year of the Company will be of 15 months from January 01, 2014 to March 31, 2015.
