Hemisphere Properties India Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment

In pursuant to disclosure event under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 17.05.2021 has allotted 10,00,00,000(Ten crore only) Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preference shares ('NCRPS') of Rs 10 /- each ('Tranche-1 NCRPS') at par aggregating to Rs.100,00,00,000/- only(Rupees One Hundred Crore Only) on Private placement basis to the Promoter of Company i.e President of India acting through Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs.
