Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in continuation of our disclosure on Request for Proposal (RFP) dated 13.12.2024 regarding the e-auction of land at Bopkhel, Pune, it is to inform that the e-auction concluded on 03.10.2025. The e-auction process did not receive any bids for the plots. The Company is reviewing the outcome and will determine the next course of action in due course.
