The Company has received the Disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (SAST) 2011 from Raghuram K Shetty ( Promoter ) informing that he has acquired 9,000 Equity Shares of Heranba Industries Limited from Open Market (NSE) on May 17, 2022. Enclosing herewith the disclosure under regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 2011 received from Raghuram K Shetty.
