The Company has received the Disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (SAST) 2011 from Raghuram K Shetty ( Promoter ) informing that he has acquired 6,000 Equity Shares of Heranba Industries Limited from Open Market (NSE ) from February 01, 2023 to February 03, 2023 .Enclosing herewith the disclosure under regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 2011 received from Raghuram K Shetty.
