Heranba Industries Ltd - Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

The Board has recommended the final Dividend of Rs. 1.25 for the FY 2023-24. The details of which are given in the file attached herewith. This is subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
