Hercules Hoists Ltd has informed BSE that the management has successfully concluded a settlement agreement with Navi<br/>Mumbai General Kamgar Sanghatana, Panvel (R.NO.DNE/691) representing the workers at the Company's Khalapur unit. The settlement shall be for four (4) years commencing from January 01, 2014 up to December 31, 2017.
