Hero MotoCorp Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2014, inter alia, has considered and recommended a dividend @ 3250% i.e. Rs. 65/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2013-14.
