Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, we wish to inform that the Company will issue the Letter of Confirmation / Entitlement Letter to the respective shareholder in lieu of original share certificate reported to be lost / misplaced /to be exchanged by them, as per the enclosed Annexure.
