Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI circular no. SEBI/ HO/ MIRSD/ MIRSD_RTAMB/ P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, we wish to inform that the Company will issue the Entitlement Letter to the shareholders to claim shares from the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority, as per the enclosed Annexure.
