Hero MotoCorp Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will he held on February 11, 2016, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015 (Q3) as reviewed by the Statutory Auditors and to take on record the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon.<BR><BR>Further the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations from February 02, 2016 till the closing hours of February 13, 2016.
