In accordance with Regulation 30 and Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Ms. Amee Joshi, Company Secretary and Nodal Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company, has submitted her resignation vide letter dated June 24, 2024, to pursue an alternate career opportunity outside the organisation. Ms. Amee Joshi will be relieved from her duties with effect from the close of business hours on June 30, 2024.
