Heubach Colorants India Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

In compliance with the Code of Conduct framed by the Company for prohibition of Insider Trading pursuant to the requirement of SEBI ( Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from July 1, 2024 till 48 Hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the 1st Quarter ended June 30, 2024 for the Directors, Officers and Designated Person of the Company.
