In accordance with Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, we hereby inform you that Mr. Bharath Sesha, Managing Director of the Company, has submitted his resignation vide letter dated June 28, 2024, to pursue other opportunities outside the organisation. Mr. Bharath Sesha will be relieved from his services as a Director and Managing Director of the Company with effect from closing of business hours on August 31, 2024.
