Heubach Colorants India Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

In Compliance with the Code of Conduct framed by the Company for Prohibition of Insider Trading pursuant to the requirement of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remail closed from October 1, 2024 till 48 Hours after declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 for the Directors, Officers and Designated persons.
