Hexaware Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. R Srikrishna has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company effective from July 28, 2014. Mr. P R Chandrasekar who has served as the Vice Chairman and CEO, retires from the role of CEO effective from July 28, 2014 and continues as Vice - Chairman. <br/><br/>In this regard, the Company has submitted to BSE a copy of Press Release dated July 28, 2014 titled "Hexaware appoints R.
