HFCL Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Investor Presentation

This is in continuation to our earlier intimation dated July 24, 2024. In terms of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby submit a copy of the Earnings' Presentation on, inter-alia, the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st Quarter ended June 30, 2024, of the Financial Year 2024-25, both on Standalone and Consolidated basis, to be discussed during the Earnings' Call scheduled to be held on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at 04:30 p.m. It may be noted that the Board of Directors of the Company has, considered and approved the aforesaid Financial Results of the Company, in its meeting held on July 24, 2024.
