Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Company has shifted its registered office from Mumbai to Thane w.e.f 30th September, 2022 within the same State and under the jurisdiction of same ROC.
