With reference to the earlier letter dated July 28, 2015 regarding Resignation of Director, Hilton Metal Forging Ltd has now informed BSE that Mr. Navin Chokshi, Non Executive Independent Director has resigned from the office of Director & member of audit committee of the Company w.e.f. July 28, 2015.
