Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 19, 2015, to consider and approve; inter-alia, the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>As per Clause 2 of the "Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" in Shares of the Company, the trading window will remain closed for directors and other employees of the Company covered under the Code from January 12, 2015 to January 18, 2015 (both days inclusive) in connection with the above announcements. The trading window will reopen on January 21, 2015.
