Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 18, 2015, has declared second Interim Dividend of Rs. 3.25 per share on 80,50,000 Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares (CRPS) of Rs. 100/- each for the financial year 2014-15.
