Dear Sir/Madam,<BR> We refer to our letter dated 02 February 2021 intimating you about a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company ("the Board") to be held on Tuesday, 09 February 2021.<BR> <BR> We now inform you that the Board at its' meeting held on today i.e. on 09 February 2021, inter-alia has considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2020. We are enclosing herewith the following pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015:<BR> i) Un-audited Financial Results, both Standalone and Consolidated, for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2020;<BR> ii) The Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company, M/s B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants on the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2020.<BR> The Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 5:15 p.m. and concluded at 7:40 p.m.
