With reference to the SEBl Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November, 2018 in respect of fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entity and disclosures and compliances thereof by such Large Corporate (LC). <BR> <BR> In this connection, we hereby submit that our Company HIMALAYA FOOD INTERNATIONAL LIMITED does not fall under the Large Corporate (LC) category as per framework provided in the aforesaid Circular. <BR>
