Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will be closed w.e.f. Monday, April 01, 2024 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024.
