Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 23, 2024 have approved the re-appointment of M/s. Grant Thornton Bharat, LLP as Internal Auditors of the Company for Financial Year 2024-25.
