HIMATSINGKA SEIDE LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will be closed w.e.f. Monday, July 01, 2024 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and three months ended June 30, 2024.
