Himatsingka Seide Ltd has informed BSE that the trading window for equity shares of the Company shall continue to remain closed during September 24, 2014 to upto 24 hours after the Board Meeting to consider Quarterly Results for the quarter ending September 30, 2014. The Board meeting date will be intimated when finalized.
