HINAFIL INDIA LTD. - Board Meeting Intimation for Results & Closure of Trading Window

Hinafil India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of Company shall be held on January 27, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve un-audited financial results in respect of third quarter ended on December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. 2015, the trading window for trading in the Company's securities for all the connected/designated persons shall remain closed from January 11, 2017 till the completion of 48 hours after the results are made public on January 27, 2017.
