Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 the trading window would remain close for dealing in securities for designated / connected persons of the Company from Tuesday 01st October, 2024 till 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2024.
